1. Order Processing

All orders—including custom-assembled timepieces—are processed and quality-checked within 7–15 business days (Monday–Friday) from the date of purchase. Processing times may vary during peak seasons or public holidays  .

2. Shipping Rates & Duties

  • Worldwide Free Shipping: We cover all shipping costs and include import duties and taxes in your order price, so you won’t incur any additional fees upon delivery  .

  • Delivery Estimates: Typical delivery timeframes are 7–15 business days after dispatch, though actual transit times may vary depending on destination and local carrier performance  .

3. Shipping Methods

  • Tracked Registered Mail: All orders are sent via a tracked, registered service to ensure safe delivery and visibility of your package’s journey.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow its progress. If you don’t see this email within 48 hours of order confirmation, please check your spam folder or contact us  .

5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost in transit, please notify us within 30 days of the original dispatch date so we can initiate a trace with the carrier.

  • For damaged items, please inspect your delivery upon receipt and contact us within 7 days with photos of both the packaging and the damaged product. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

6. Customs, Taxes & Import Regulations

We ship all orders DDP (“Delivered Duty Paid”), meaning Aurora Mods Watches assumes responsibility for customs clearance and associated duties. However, if local regulations or carrier policies impose unexpected customs charges, please forward any official invoices to us and we will reimburse you promptly.

7. Address Changes & Delivery Issues

  • To update a shipping address, please contact us before your order has shipped. Once dispatched, address changes may not be possible.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or refusal, you will be responsible for additional return shipping and reshipment fees.
