Refund Policy

1. Satisfaction Guarantee

At Aurora Mods Watches, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return, exchange, or refund as outlined below  .

2. Returns for Damaged or Defective Items

  • Notification: Contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@auroramodswatches.com or +852 9855 9321.

  • Resolution: We will arrange prepaid return shipping, inspect the item, and either ship a replacement or issue a full refund (including original shipping costs)  

3. Exchanges

  • Eligibility: Exchanges for a different model or size are permitted within 30 days of receipt, provided the watch is unused and in original packaging.

  • Fees: You are responsible for return shipping (unless defective). We will cover the cost of shipping your replacement item.

4. Returns for Non-Defective Items

  • General Returns: You may return most unworn, non-customized watches and accessories within 30 days for a full refund, excluding original shipping fees.

    • Watches configured via our online customizer.

    • Custom-engraved or personalized timepieces.

    • Special-order models outside our standard catalog  .

5. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email info@auroramodswatches.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable.

  2. Our Support Team will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and shipping instructions.

  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, include all accessories, and ship via a tracked service.

6. Return Conditions

  • The watch must be unworn, with tags attached, and in original packaging.

  • All accessories, manuals, and extras must be returned together.

  • We recommend using insured, trackable shipping to safeguard your return.

7. Refunds

  • Inspection Period: Once we receive your return, please allow up to 10 business days for inspection.

  • Approval & Timing: If approved, refunds (minus any applicable fees) will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. It may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the credit  .

  • Delayed Refund: If more than 15 business days pass after approval without receipt of funds, please contact us.

8. European Union 30-Day Cooling-Off Right

If shipping to an EU address, you may return any non-customized order for any reason within 30 days of delivery. The item must be in the same unworn, unused condition with tags and original packaging. You bear return shipping costs unless the item is defective  .

9. International Returns

For orders outside Hong Kong, return shipping costs are your responsibility, and you may be liable for any import duties or taxes upon resale.
